Terms and Conditions for Docqme Business Control

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Docqme Business Control mobile and web applications (“App”) developed and operated by Webgyor Group LLC (“Webgyor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

    By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses, staff, and administrators.

  3. 3. Eligibility

    To use the App, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to represent a registered business.
    • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
    • Comply with all applicable local and international laws.
  4. 4. Account Registration and Security
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • You agree to notify Webgyor immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
    • Webgyor is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to secure your credentials.
  5. 5. App Usage and License

    Webgyor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for internal business purposes only.

    • You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the App.
    • You must not use the App for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
    • Any use of the App outside the intended business purpose violates these Terms.
  6. 6. Subscription and Payments
    • Subscription plans, pricing, and payment terms are specified within the App or store listings.
    • All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
    • Failure to renew your subscription may result in loss of access to certain features or data.
  7. 7. Data Storage and Privacy

    Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all uploaded business records, while Webgyor retains the right to process and store such data for operational, compliance, and improvement purposes.

  8. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
    • All App content, design, and code are the property of Webgyor Group LLC.
    • Docqme Business Control, its logo, and related marks are protected trademarks.
    • You may not reproduce or use Webgyor’s branding without written consent.
  9. 9. Third-Party Services

    The App may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud storage, or analytics tools. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

  10. 10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Webgyor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
    • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent subscription period.
  11. 11. Warranties and Disclaimers
    • The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
    • Webgyor makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
    • We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  12. 12. Termination

    Webgyor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse App resources. Upon termination, access to your account and stored data may be permanently disabled.

  13. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sharjah, UAE.

  14. 14. Amendments

    Webgyor may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect upon posting on our official website or App. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
